SPRING 2006

REALSTREETS-KING'S CROSS, LONDON

The REALSTREETS Art and Datawall at Regent Quarter, King's Cross, London, located in Bravingtons Walk, at the main gateway to this new city quarter, close to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, is nearing completion.

It provides a continuously changing virtual representation of the new development, combined with real-time data about the businesses that have or will be locating there.

Key features:

- displays REALSTREETS photo-real and abstract imagery depicitng the existing and new architecture of the Regent Quarter development (http://www.regentquarter.com)
- displays REALSTREETS imagery depicting the streets surrounding the development eg Pentonville Road, York Way, Balfe Street.

- includes dynamic LED dot-matrix display units, which display hard geographical data providing real-world locational information and business data, combined with abstract data relating to the street images.

SUMMER 2006

REALSTREETS-EDINBURGH

REALSTREETS imagery photo-real and art imagery of the beautiful city of Edinburgh is currently in course of production and the first batch of imagery will be available early next year.

An exhibition of the Edinburgh imagery is planned towards the end of 2007, in the city. Details will be announced on this website.

REALSTREETS-CITY RUNNING-BRIGHTON

Realtreets 'future shot' imagery of Brighton in 2056, prepared for the Brighton 'City Running' exhibition will be used by the Brighton and Hove Arts Commission for promotional purposes. Please use this link to see the 'City Running' image.

CITY-GENOME PROJECT

REALSTREETS sponsors the CITY GENOME project, a new art initiative which will enable artists to make a real difference to city planning and architecture. A pilot of this project is due to be anounced.
